Standard Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) will only insure against the recruitment agency's own acts, and not the activities of the contractor. This extra indemnity insurance will cover both the agency and the contractor and is distinctly different from the normal insurance cover which is widely available to recruitment agencies.
Our Recruitment Agency Insurance policies are flexible and offer the best value for money around with comprehensive wordings. Standard cover will only insure the Agency in respect of its own negligence, act, error or omission in placing the Contractor and not the activities of the Contractor.
