It isn't...
Seriously PCG has achieved a lot actually, mostly low key stuff that never made the light of day. It's hard to promote as a success something that didn't happen. That's one reason why their profile is a bit wrong and why IMHO they need to upgrade their whole image.
As for commercials, PCG has to earn an income, although not as much as you may think comes from "commercial" activities, most of it is from subs. It is still a not-for-profit organisation.
And I don't promote or suggest the other organisations simply becasue I don't know enough about their offerings and haven't really looked that hard into them. In terms of bangs-per-buck, people should do their own research and make their own choices: all I'm trying to say is that some bangs are not so obvious...
