I'm getting bored with this. I've said my posts are my opinioons. Oddly enough, there may be and often are times where my opinions differ from PCG offical policy, although this isn't actually one of them. You're the one trying to take my personal statements into some kind of offical PCG statement, despite me emphasising several times that they are not and pointing you to the source of that official policy.
My aim has always been to illustrate the PCG viewpoint on some key issues where there is a large degree of uninformed FUD flying around that a lot of people don't have the background to understand fully. If you don't like that, then fine, that's your problem. I could care less.
I'm a writer too, BTW, in a small way. And I've been working on and around IR35 and all its related HMRC fudges -some of which we stopped seeing the light of day, incidentally - for around 9 years as well as developing a detailed understanding of the underlying politics and adminsitrative processes that drive legislative changes and effective lobbying practices. That's what I mean by doing research.
