It is not approriate that I answer anything as an "ex PCG Director", let alone matters of policy. That should be blindingly obvious.

And I repeat that PCG is about removing IR35. It's not their job to suggest or develop any alternatives, they simply want to see it gone. If HMG want to bring up a son-of-IR35, which they might, then PCG, as a result of years of careful lobbying effort, will be in a strong position to contribute to the consultation process used to formulate new laws and ensure they are properly thought through and scoped, or stopped altogether if unworkable. That is what hapened with the Famliy Business Tax and that is what that vision statement says, if you care to read if properly.

Now can we drop this whole "discussion". I'm not going to answer the same point yet again.
