The time allowed for responses to the consultation document has ended. The results are being reviewed (as per standard practice) and some of that review goes past a selection of interested parties. I wouldn't bet on seeing any actual legislative proposals until perhaps early next year.
Of course, it has happened in the past that the consultation has theown up irreconcilable problems and the whole process has been restarted (vide the Family Business Tax fiasco). Don't think that will happen this time, the borderline cases are comparatively small in number.
