Lightbulb Motion vs. progress?

So we had umbrella dividends and then EBTs... what's the next loophole that accounting companies will aim for?

SJD Accoutancy do a nice ESC16 package that won't be around for ever i'm sure.

I also think that the whole Family Business Tax issue hasn't quite gone away yet. Geoff Jones may well be sleeping a little easier a night, but I wouldn't be too surprised if Hector revisited husband & wife dividends in the near future.
