Question Statutory holiday query

Hope someone can help me, I'm employed directly as a live-in personal assistant to someone who is disabled. I work 7 days on followed by 7 off. It's 24 hour care, I cannot leave him unattended. I get paid the same amount for each week I work. Recently I asked my employer to double check my a/l entitlement as I have worked it out to be 19.6 days. I was told that this was wrong and I'm entitled to 14. I was told that if I am correct then my pay would probably be reduced as the guy is funded through direct payments and only allocated a certain amount. Can the guy ask for an increase in direct payment to reflect the increase in stat holiday or am I wrong in my calculation? Any advice would be much appreciated.
