Mobile app seller

Hi,
I decided to setup my own business selling mobile phone applications (Android & iPhone).
I wrote my first app in the run upto Christmas and am making a modest income (few k's a month).
Now I am new to all of this and need to talk to an accountants with knowledge in this area on setting up a company etc.
Whilst I can see many great links dealing with contractors I am more after a e-commerce specialist , can anyone recommend one , provide links or message me

Tax Assist are a fairly good bet. I've got a couple of friends in the software / app game that use them without too many dramas.

Might be worth a punt?
