We're probably in a different position to a lot of companies, but it's a rare event now we get anyone trying to claim something they shouldn't (and our expense team are good).

That said we've learned through experience to follow up certain sorts of receipts (frequently from small hotels or bedsits). It's so easy to just stick a 1 in front of the total.

As in all these situations the only ones that stick in your memory are the bad ones, it is very much a minority.
