Don't you just love it though Mal? If the Gov't drop IR35 and implement something else, chances are we'll then have something else to moan about for the next 10 years.

I don't have a problem with "employees" paying employee-level taxes provided they get employee-level benefits. Lose IR35 and either work as a LtdCo and get zero benefts or work through an umbrella and get all of them. How hard is that?

Meanwhile, I'm not an employee, and don't want to be taxed as one or treated like one.
