McLaren pretty much get away with it

McLaren have got a three race suspended race ban. Suspended as a result of McLaren's "change in culture which [was] made clear has taken place in [the] organisation", and that "The penalty will only enforced upon Lewis Hamilton's team if "further facts emerge" about this incident or if there is a "further breech" of the rules."

Lets hope they stay squeaky clean then!

If Lewis Hamilton was not English, I would be very annoyed with him and McLaren getting off so lightly.

Probably justified, given the fact that they have made various personnel changes.

I expect the FIA were a bit wary that after punishing McLaren heavily in the past couple of years they could get some bad PR for yet another big punishment
