Default Weekly Poll – Would you take an agency temp job if money was tight? (18/11/2010)

Recent research from de Poel found that a massive 69% of recruitment agencies are expecting to struggle to fill their clients’ temporary staffing requirements in the run up to Christmas!

When you consider that unemployment is already high and still rising, this seems quite unbelievable. So, why is it happening? Are the unemployed turning their noses up at temporary placements or are employers demanding skills that are in short supply?

What about your own situation – would you take an agency temp job if money was tight?
