Once again, we're concerned about IR35 in this weekly poll. It's the sort of thing that as a contractor you need to worry about constantly. Is your contract IR35 friendly? Should you accept that staff discount card for the canteen? And, as highlighted by Bel Grant this week, shoudl you worry about whether working in a team of permanent employees makes you a disguised employee?
