Why aren't freelancers taking to the cloud?

Apparently freelancers and small businesses are still reluctant to use cloud computing? A lot of people don't understand the benefits whilst others are concerned about the expense. Nevertheless, more and more people are expected to take to the cloud this year, but will freelancers be amongst them?

Do you use the cloud? If so, what advantages and disadvantages have you found?
