I used to go to the gym a lot, but can't be bothered to attend now. I'd rather exercise whilst doing something else. That's why cycling appeals to me much more. Plus it's cheaper too. I always take the stairs instead of a lift, if I can. It all helps keep me in trim and makes me feel less guilty when I treat myself to a high calorie goodie.

No I don't, but I don't like any hot steam rooms anyway. So even if I won the lottery I wouldn't install one.

Now.... a Jacuzzi.....that's different

I've been going to the gym fairly regularly lately, and playing squash with some friends, but it's something I started only last year, first time in my life I've bothered with anything like that. I'm with Bel in that the Gym is a really boring way to exercise.

I've also been on a diet lately and have lost over a stone, just have to make it stick.
