So get everyone on client site to get out of the office at lunch and have a kick about outside. I believe it's a nice day around the country?
Bel and zara_blackdog, you should both be fine, being lasses.
Maybe we should organise a Contractor Fit Club on here?

I ride around on my Brompton quite often, so I'm quite fit. I also do some weights every morning and eat reasonably well.
Unfortunately, cancer can affect anyone at any age for all kinds of reasons - not just high risk categories or those with a genetic predisposition to getting it.
No one knows the causes of cancer either, just some of the risks. At least there are major advances in cancer treatments, so it's no longer the automatic death sentence it used to be. Even with Mets, a sufferer can recover and fight it well with on-going treatment and medication, in some cases. But a lot depends on the kind of cancer it is and how easy it is to detect and treat at an early stage.
