he certainly could....I've often wondered how HMRC govern cycle claims. I guess if you royally take the p*ss, you may get asked for an audit trail of your commute, by day, by week, by month etc.

Then again, it's probably not even worth their while mincing around with cycle claims when there are bigger fish to fry...

I got a '5p off every litre of petrol' voucher from Tesco the other day. Waste of time, saved me about £2.50 on a tank of fuel.

And to think some people will purposely spend fifty quid just to get one!
