Default Tories may 'ground' troublemakers

Tories get tough on crime

Was I the only one that was hoping that they were going to grind young scallies down like you would coffee beans?

I think kids are often given a bad name. The majority are OK but because of the media we think any bunch of kids we see on the streets are out to cause trouble.

Our dads will quite happily recount how they used to go scrumping and were chased by the farmer but somehow nicking some sweets from the local offie is different.......

So I think this is a typical piece of political bandwagon jumping.
