Question Cure for Insomnia?

I've had really bad insomnia for the past few months - mainly because I've been suffering from a heartbreak (what a jacka$$ he was ), been thinking way too much and of course my hours are a bit odd since I don't work as a regular employee.

Any suggestions to cure insomnia?

Try reading some of the latest legislation from our friends at Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.

Failing that a workout early enough in the evening so you're not buzzing from adrenaline., a shower and a nice mug of camomile tea.

Hope you feel better

Funny you should mention it, I looked this up for a friend the other day.... surely one of these will work for you? Good luck!

Funny:

you asked "Cure for insomia?"
next thread answers: "Man stabs himself"

Now that's a suggestion

The biggest mistake you did was falling in love with a guy. Now you suffer because of your mistake.

Men are scum.

Play with them if you must. But never fall in love.

Big, big mistake.

A good evening run to do your thinking...

Then back home for some Red Wine and a book.
