I've had women managers who have been the best and worst I've ever experienced.

It's the worst sort of generalisation to say that women are better than men at managing. Some are, some aren't. You could switch the genders around and that statement would be equally true.

This is a matter of opinion and my strong opinion is you are wrong.

Based on a survey (and not just on a blog), "three out of four women who expressed a preference said they would rather work for a man than a woman."

I don't know who these "three out of four women" are, but this I know - women have their brains in between their ears (though I'm pretty sure the majority of the women from that survey are exceptions ); while men have theirs in between their legs. Even anatomy blatantly shows us the hierarchy of genders.

I agree.

The world is a far too complex place and people are just too distinct to make these types of generalisations.
