Sorry Bel, you're right. There's a small difference between a 'contract for services' and a 'contract of service' when you type it out but a HUGE difference when it comes to employment status.

I think this is a pretty exhaustive list but there are certainly more. What we really need is a definitive explanation of these terms or some kind of glossary. Have the PCG not got anything on their website?

Not at the moment but I understand they are considering some kind of rebranding exercise to include the term 'freelancers' in some way.
