With the consultation period for the Temporary Agency Workers Directive (TAWD) ending on 31 July, the final shape of this much discussed piece of legislation is still very much up in the air.

nice article. I saw something similar in Recruitment International and Recruiter Magazine recently. What with IR35, CIS, FBT and now the AWD it's going to be another interesting year in the crazy world of UK freelancing..

by the way, is it just me or have Crystal Umbrella been # 1 on the league tables for what seems like forever?
