Default Banks again

In the Guardian today:

'Barclays gags Guardian over tax Injunction forces news website to remove seven leaked memos showing how bank avoided hundreds of millions of pounds in tax'

The banks require squillions of tax payers’ money to bail them out due to irresponsible lending. And they are still refusing to pass this money onto businesses that were once profitable, and still have a sound business operating model, if the banks hadn’t slashed there credit and forced them to go bust.
Now we see that they are giving the economy a double kick in the clangers by avoiding paying tax!

ARRRGGHHHH!

If you know where to look you can still find these documents (I'm sure I wouldn't be allowed to name the site so won't). I have had a quick look and I have to be honest, I have no idea what they mean!

I'll have to trust the financial reporters when they say it's disgraceful actions though!

On the other hand, I'm sure all the other financial institutions are no different...

You guessed correctly. Please do not link to any sites carrying this information. If the Guardian has been asked to not have the files available we don't want them available via freelancesupermarket.com!

A judge has quite clearly said that at the moment these documents should not be available to the public. Whether you agree with that is neither here nor there, what he says is pretty much final.

Please feel free to debate whether you think banks should undertake these sorts of actions though.

Fascist!

The banks have infiltrated the FLSM forum too, there's nowhere to hide!
