I was about to point out that a book could quickly go out of date, but notice that he's doing updates on his site.

Still, it's the sort of thing I would want to browse through in a shop before buying.

It's good! I have a copy because I reviewed it for this site.

I chatted to the author too and he's a very switched on contractor. The book is intended to be a handbook - so something that you probably don't read in order, but flick through different sections when they feel relevant, or when there's an emergency!
