Post Late payments to freelancers and SMEs ?endemic? - new story on Freelance Advisor

We're the first to bemoan to all-too-common issue of late payments to freelancers from large corporates, and we do. Often. Now we have been joined by the Telegraph, who have highlighted the problem and claimed that the way large businesses delay payments to small and micro-businesses effectively amounts to using us freelancers as a free source of credit.
