A fantastic opportunity is now available as a Customer Experience Lead - Voice and Messaging Services working for a Mobile Network Provider, based in the Thames Valley area.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement to voice and messaging services as experienced by end customers.
Responsibilities will include:
• Act as advocate for the product set services experience.
• Drive improvements to the services experience
• Own all recommendations for change and improvement sponsoring each to resolution
• Ensure impact to services of proposed programmes or projects is clearly understood by the business
• Maintain an accurate and weighted view of risks to voice and messaging services
You will need:
• Understanding of 3G mobile architecture • Network Performance improvement techniques
• Driving cross-departmental initiatives
• Voice and Messaging Network protocols
