Data Analyst:  Monitors and reports on savings on all purchasing tenders and energy pricing information to enable the procurement and retail function to progress tenders and proj… ects.  Collect and collate appropriate data for use in databases and conduct related research.  Create reports in graphs and charts showing daily, weekly and monthly consumption and/or cost spends, savings and variances.  Generate reports using Excel, Access and other internal database to assist in my analysis.  Analyse Cost/Consumption Trend.  Discuss current cost, consumption and supply analysis to help in reducing utility cost and energy usage.  Analyse Budget and complete Forecasting  Prepare monthly and annual cost and consumption Targets.  Assist with Tender Analysis of cost and products of various prospective new suppliers.  Create Excel database queries, monitor and maintain the quality of reports and database systems and secure access and use.  Assist in development and upgrading of database systems and analytical techniques. more »
