Formed by two highly experienced recruitment consultants who wanted to go ‘that extra mile’ in providing excellence for both their candidates and clients. By listening carefully, Oxby & Shadbolt identified the key characteristics that customers were seeking when selecting a recruitment consultancy. This information helped the organisation to form their core values and working practices.
